Spicy Chorizo Pasta Recipe

When it comes to spiciness, everyone has their own tolerance level. To strike the perfect balance in your spicy chorizo pasta, consider the heat level of the chorizo itself and adjust the amount of additional spices accordingly. Remember, it's always easier to add more heat than to tame an overly spicy dish. So taste as you go and don't be afraid to dial it up if you're feeling brave!

Spicy chorizo pasta is like a culinary symphony, and the ingredients play their part perfectly. Pairing chorizo with ingredients like garlic, tomatoes, bell peppers, and fresh herbs can enhance the flavours and create a harmonious dish that will make your taste buds dance with joy. Get ready to savour every spicy bite!

Note: If you can't handle the heat, don't worry. Dial down the spice by using mild Italian sausage instead of chorizo, or skip the chilli altogether for a milder version of this pasta dish.
