Now and then, when I'm cooking a meal for myself or others being alone in front of a countertop clustered with ingredients creates a tranquil feeling inside me. I adore the job of preparing food, the sound of the blade on the chopping board. the aroma of garlic and fresh herbs or lemon zest tickling my nose. When I'm alone in the kitchen there is nothing that distracts me from these gratifying times alone.
It is cold outside and I wanted to prepare and cook something to keep everyone warm. This dish is not only delicious but also gives that cozy home feeling that is often craved for at this time of the year.
