Salmon with Ginger, Red Chilli & Honey Reduction Recipe

A simple salmon dish with soy sauce and Chinese noodles.

Serves: 4

4 tbsp dark soy sauce 
4 x 150g salmon fillets 
1 1/2 tbsp runny honey 
15g root ginger, peeled and finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
chopped parsley

1. Preheat the oven at 220°C

2. Mix together the dark soy sauce with honey, ginger, garlic and chilli.

3. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking tray and spoon the sauce over the fillets.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until the salmon is just cooked, and serve with noodles and chopped parsley.
